Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SWEEKAR MIND CARE CENTER, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Because we offer both scheduled virtual coaching services and digital course content, our refund and cancellation policies vary accordingly.

1. Health & Lifestyle Coaching Sessions

When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations / Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund or session credit.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the scheduled session, are not eligible for a refund.

2. LMS Self-Paced Courses

Due to the nature of downloadable/viewable digital content, our course refund policies are structured as follows:

• You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course material or lessons.
• Once a certificate of completion is issued, or if you have fully completed/accessed the course material, no refunds will be granted.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

If your refund request meets our eligibility criteria:

• We will process your refund immediately upon approval.
• Important: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
• The refund will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank processing times.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at sweekarmindcarecenter@gmail.com with your registration details and purchase receipt/booking reference. Our support team will respond within 24-48 business hours.
