3. Payments, Billing & Taxes

We process payments for coaching bookings and course registrations through Razorpay. By choosing to purchase our digital services, you agree to pay the specified fees. You also agree to pay any applicable transaction convenience fees or taxes that might apply. Payments are processed immediately, and access credentials to courses are delivered instantly via email.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our rules regarding cancellations and refund requests for both online coaching sessions and LMS self-paced courses are detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SWEEKAR MIND CARE CENTER, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. SWEEKAR MIND CARE CENTER shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that region for the resolution of any disputes.
